1. Q : How do I pay for my purchase order?

2. Q : Is there a tracking number for my item?
A: Yes, of course. We usually ship your goods by EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT with online
track, you can view the ship status on website.
3. Q : How long can I receive my item?
A: It usually takes 7-15 business days. If the size in stock, we will ship your item immediately.
4. Q : Can I have my own customized product?
A : Yes. As long as you tell us your name, the color you want and your prefer pattern.

5. Q : How does your factory do related quality control?
A: Quality is top priority. We attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning
of manufacturing.
6. Q : How about the warranty?
A : Two years warranty for our frames since frames sold. If quality problem happened,
please contact us.
